Ingredients

  • 8 oz short pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), diced
  • ½ cup black olives, sliced
  • ¾ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot. Add pasta and cook until al dente according to package directions (about 8-10 minutes).
  2. 2. Prepare the Veggies: While the pasta cooks, chop cherry tomatoes in half, dice cucumbers and bell peppers, and slice black olives.
