Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 3. In another bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- 4. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients using a spatula until just combined; do not overmix.
- 5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- 6. Allow cooling completely in the pan before cutting into squares. Serve plain or dusted with powdered sugar.
