Instructions

For the Filling:

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Chop the peeled apples into bite-sized chunks.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix apple chunks with brown sugar and cinnamon until well coated.

For the Crust:

  1. 4. Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut into squares large enough to hold a scoop of filling.
  2. 5. Place a spoonful of apple filling in the center of each square.
