  3. In a small bowl, combine lukewarm water and honey. Sprinkle active dry yeast on top and let it sit for about five minutes until foamy.

  5. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour and salt. Create a well in the center and pour in the activated yeast mixture.
