Instructions
For the Chicken:
- 1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- 3. Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature of at least 165°F).
- 4. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
- 5. Toss sliced chicken with Buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
For the Wrap:
- 1. Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- 2. Place a generous amount of lettuce in the center of each tortilla, followed by zesty chicken strips.
- 3. Drizzle ranch dressing over the chicken, then add optional toppings like shredded cheese and sliced tomatoes.
- 4. Fold in sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from bottom to top.
- 5. Slice wraps in half if desired and serve with extra ranch dressing on the side.
