For the Dip:
- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat Your Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2. Cook the Chicken
- Boil or bake the chicken breasts until fully cooked (about 20-30 minutes). Shred using two forks or your hands.
- 3. Mix It Up
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese, and buffalo sauce. Stir until well blended.
- 4. Transfer to Baking Dish
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- 5. Top It Off
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and chopped green onions on top.
