- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce (low-sodium recommended)
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Soak the Noodles:
- Soak rice noodles in hot water for about 15-20 minutes until softened but still firm.
- 2. Prepare Your Cooking Station:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- 3. Sauté Garlic and Veggies:
- Add minced garlic and bell peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until slightly softened.
- 4. Add Noodles and Sauce:
- Drain the soaked noodles and add them to the skillet with soy sauce and sugar. Toss everything together using tongs or chopsticks until well combined.
