- 4 cups russet potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin rounds
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup fresh chives, chopped

Instructions
- 1. Preheat Your Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. Prep the Potatoes
- Peel and slice the russet potatoes into thin rounds. Place them in a large mixing bowl and toss with melted butter.
