  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnishing

Instructions

  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti or linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  4. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter with olive oil. Add shrimp and sauté until pink and opaque, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
