  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  4. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with paprika and garlic powder. Drizzle with olive oil and rub until evenly coated.

  6. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, sear each side of the chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
