- 2 tbsp sweet paprika (or smoked paprika for depth)

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Preheat Your Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2. Season the Chicken
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with paprika and garlic powder. Drizzle with olive oil and rub until evenly coated.
- 3. Sear the Chicken
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, sear each side of the chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- 4. Prepare the Sauce
- In a bowl, whisk together the chicken broth and honey until well combined. Pour this sauce over the seared chicken in the baking dish.

- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

- Let the paprika chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Drizzle with sauce before serving.
