  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. 2. Sauté the Garlic
  4. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about one minute.

  6. Stir in chicken broth and cream cheese into the skillet, mixing until smooth. Add dried Italian herbs and combine well.
