For the Dressing:

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the Kale: Wash the kale thoroughly under cold water. Remove tough stems and tear leaves into bite-sized pieces. Massage with olive oil and a pinch of salt until softened.
