- 1. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- 2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- 3. Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- 4. Add Egg and Vanilla: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- 5. Combine Wet & Dry Ingredients: Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
- 6. Bake Cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown on the edges but still soft in the center. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
