Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
