Instructions

For the Cookie Dough:

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  4. 4. Add eggs one at a time to the butter mixture until fully incorporated.

For the Cheesecake Filling:
