For the Dough:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter

For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
For the Dough:
- 1. Warm one cup of milk until lukewarm. Combine with two teaspoons of active dry yeast in a bowl and let sit until foamy, about five minutes.
- 2. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together four cups of all-purpose flour, half a cup of granulated sugar, one teaspoon of salt, and two teaspoons of ground cinnamon.
- 3. Once the yeast mixture is ready, pour it into the dry ingredients along with half a cup of melted butter and two eggs. Mix until well combined.
- 4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about five minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 5. Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl and cover with a kitchen towel. Let it rise in a warm area until doubled in size, about one hour.
- 6. After rising, punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle. Spread melted butter on top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar (mix half cup sugar with one tablespoon cinnamon). Roll tightly and cut into even pieces.
- 7. Place the pieces in a greased baking pan and let them rise again for another thirty minutes while preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 8. Bake for twenty-five to thirty minutes until golden brown.
For the Glaze:
- 9. While cooling slightly, prepare the glaze by mixing one cup powdered sugar with two tablespoons milk and one teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
