For the Cheese:
- 1. Cut fresh mozzarella into sticks about half an inch thick.
For the Coating:
- 2. Set Up Your Breading Station: In one bowl, place flour seasoned with salt and pepper. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning.
