- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup chopped onion

Instructions
For the Dough:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2. Unroll crescent roll dough onto a flat surface and arrange it in a circular pattern on the baking sheet, with wide ends overlapping slightly in the center and points extending outward.
For the Filling:
- 3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and chopped onion until fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and water according to packet instructions.
- 4. Spoon the seasoned beef mixture onto the wide ends of each triangle. Top generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
- 5. Fold each triangle over the filling and tuck it under itself to form a sealed ring.
- 6. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- 7. Transfer to plates and drizzle with sour cream before serving.
