For the Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
For the Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
For the Crust:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- 2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until fully combined.
- 3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- 4. Bake for 10 minutes and remove from oven to cool slightly.
For the Filling:
- 1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- 2. Add granulated sugar and mix until well combined.
- 3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- 4. Pour in eggnog, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix until silky smooth.
- 5. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until set around the edges but slightly wobbly in the center.
- 6. Allow to cool at room temperature before chilling in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
