  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

For the Crust:

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until fully combined.
  3. 3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. 4. Bake for 10 minutes and remove from oven to cool slightly.

For the Filling:

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. 2. Add granulated sugar and mix until well combined.
  3. 3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. 4. Pour in eggnog, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix until silky smooth.
  5. 5. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until set around the edges but slightly wobbly in the center.
  6. 6. Allow to cool at room temperature before chilling in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
