Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk together honey and olive oil until well combined.
- 3. Add salt and pepper to the mixture; stir well.
- 4. Toss carrot pieces in the honey mixture until evenly coated.
- 5. Spread the carrots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
