Instructions
For the Cider:
- 1. Prepare Your Apples: Wash and quarter the apples (there's no need to peel).
- 2. Combine Ingredients: In a large pot, add quartered apples, water, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, nutmeg, and sugar.
- 3. Simmer Away: Bring the mixture to a boil on medium-high heat, then reduce to low heat and let simmer for at least 2 hours.
