- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs or panko

- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
For the Chicken:
- 1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- 2. Set up a breading station: Place flour in one shallow bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning in a third bowl.
- 3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip into the egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Cooking:

- 5. Place the breaded chicken breasts in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
- 6. Cook for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
