  • 2 cans (15 oz each) white beans (cannellini or great northern)
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  2. In a large pot over medium heat, add the chicken breasts and pour in enough chicken broth to cover them. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
