Ingredients

  • – Boneless, skinless chicken breasts: 3-4 breasts

  • – Heavy cream: 1 cup
  • – Parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup, grated
  • – Olive oil: 2 tbsp
  • – Salt: to taste
  • – Pepper: to taste
  • – Lemon juice: from 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the Pasta
  2. – Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  3. – Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  4. 2. Sauté the Chicken
  5. – In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
  6. – Once hot, add seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
