Ingredients

  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth (low-sodium recommended)
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. 1. Sauté the Aromatics
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Sauté the chopped onions and minced garlic until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

  4. Stir in the fresh broccoli florets and cook for another 3–5 minutes until bright green.

  6. Add 4 cups of vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a gentle simmer for about 10 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still vibrant.
