  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

Instructions

For the Chicken:

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2. Season the boneless, skinless chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in a single layer in the greased baking dish.

For the Stuffing:
