For the Vegetables:
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed

- 1. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2. Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- 3. Chop the Potatoes: Halve baby potatoes for even roasting. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
