Instructions
For the Chicken:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Coat each piece in flour, dip into the beaten eggs, then roll in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- 3. Place breaded chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
For the Sauce:
