  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard

For the Wrapping:

  • 10 egg roll wrappers

Instructions

For the Filling:

  1. 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion; cook until browned and fragrant (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. 2. Mix in diced pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Stir until well combined; let cool slightly before adding cheese.

For Wrapping:
