For the Pasta:

  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Instructions

For the Chicken:

  1. 1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season both sides of chicken breasts generously with blackening seasoning.
  2. 2. Add a tablespoon of oil to the hot skillet and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest.

For the Pasta:

For the Sauce:
