Instructions
- 1. Prepare Your Ingredients
- Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips. Chop the bell peppers and break apart broccoli florets if using fresh ones.
- 2. Cook the Noodles
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 3. Sauté the Beef
- In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of oil (canola or sesame). Sear the sliced beef in batches until browned, about 3 minutes per batch.
